This is such an easy recipe. I made 2 of these last night, after I got off work. They were both eaten within an hour after I took them out of the over. We loved them!!! Thank you for making the directions so easy.
What are some suggestions you have to do this same pastry but with either apples or peaches or raspberries? I am open to any and all variations you are willing to share.

Sara, so glad you liked this. I am actually planning to make one this week from the tart pie cherries off the tree in my yard. I think cherry or apple pie filling would be delicious in this. Probably any pie filling, honestly. Just don't over-fill or it will spill over the sides. If you try anything else and it's wonderful, please let me know! Thanks for the comment and for visiting.
