Andoola: I think that would work just fine with a mini-cupcake pan.

I make something similar but add cream cheese to the middle, then cinnamin on the outside!Yummy!

These look so fantastic that the moment I saw them on pinterest, I had my rolling pin in hand and starting rolling the bread! They are in the oven as we speak and I can't wait to try them. Your blog is filled with recipes that I can't wait to try!

Would it be okay to use a regular muffin pan and not a mini?

Hmmm. I don't think that would work very well, they wouldn't twist as tightly. They'd probably taste the same though. I'd watch them because they'll probably cook faster not all rolled up.

could you do this with something other than white bread?

Any type of sliced soft bread should work. I can't guarantee it will taste as good as Wonder Bread though!
