  2. not exactly dairy free if you are using an egg! Have you tried it with an egg substitute?

    2. Leave out the baking soda and use splenda and increse the egg to 2.

  7. Anonymous- they are not grainy in texture at all, the baking takes all of the graininess out of the sugar. They are very similar in texture to a regular peanut butter cookie, maybe a little softer.

  8. Mmm..Yummy! They look great. I completely tried to take the cookies off the sheet impediately after taking them out of the oven (old habits die hard!) But the second batch came out beautifully!! Thanks for the recipe.
