Fabulous! Thank you. I know I will love these with (just) M&Ms as written, but there were only a few M&Ms left in the big bag I bought awhile back (ahem) so I also threw on a few white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips. Mmmm. This one is a keeper, for sure.
I just discovered your blog last week and I've already marked half a dozen recipes to try. I know I'm going to love almost everything you post. As if the name of the blog itself wasn't enough of a draw. :-)
Do these have more of a cookie consistency or a brownie consistency? Im doing a "How To" project for speech and im making snickerdoodle bars with a sugar cookie bottom. My teacher says she HATES brownies, so we cant make them. thanks in advance!

ReplyDeleteHi- The consistency is like a very dense, chewy cookie. Not cakey like a brownie. Thanks for visiting!
ReplyDeletedo you think these would go well with the snickerdoodle on top?
ReplyDeleteThese are great with a cinnamon and sugar topping. I would of course, Skip the M&Ms in that case though.
