Had the meighbors over and made this for dinner tonight with jasmine rice & apple sauce, so dang good!! I doubled the recipe, dry rubbed my chops first and used Red Stripe beer, these were fabulous!! Thanks for sharing
I made this and my family loved it. I wrote about it here. For some reason the sauce had a really ammonia aroma. Maybe it was the beer I used, or the cold, or hormones? However, I was the only one who noticed it. Like I said above, my family loved it! Hooray! I love making food my family enjoys. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Making these for at least our 5th time since seeing them here! YUM YUM! We just love them and especially with the garlic mashed potatoes :)
