  1. Had the meighbors over and made this for dinner tonight with jasmine rice & apple sauce, so dang good!! I doubled the recipe, dry rubbed my chops first and used Red Stripe beer, these were fabulous!! Thanks for sharing

  5. I made this and my family loved it. I wrote about it here. For some reason the sauce had a really ammonia aroma. Maybe it was the beer I used, or the cold, or hormones? However, I was the only one who noticed it. Like I said above, my family loved it! Hooray! I love making food my family enjoys. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
