This recipe is PERFECT - to the T! I won't ever need to search for another peanut butter chocolate chip/chunk cookie recipe again.
ReplyDeleteI use a 1 tbsp measuring spoon to measure out the dough and then gently press down on the ball of dough with a fork. In my (somewhat temperamental) electric oven, these take exactly 8 minutes to bake.
