    So are these pancakes more fluffy or dense? Do you know what to do to make them more dense? My hubby likes them that way :D

    Hi Carleen, these pancakes are on the fluffy side. I've never tried to make dense pancakes, but I'm pretty sure the fluffy factor comes from all the baking powder. I would experiment by adding less, might make them more dense. :)
